When people succeed, it is because of hard work. Luck has nothing to do with success.

What actually affect to success has attracted much social concern. Some people state that success only come to people when they work hard and luck does not play any role. As far as I am concerned, I do agree with the statement.

First and foremost, what I put in my priority is career sacrifice. It is obvious that all of achievements are always result of laborious work. In competitive society, everyone try to work day by day to pursuit success. People who are actually successful have to exert much more times than others. More importantly, success man must sacrifice many things to obtain their goals. They always make use of valuable time to work as much as possible. Instead of going out with their friends at the weekend, they sometime are in office to work. Instead of enjoying football matches, they research new market. Clearly, success comes to them as worthy compensation.

In the second place, what deserves my great attention is self perfection. It is widely known that success man always need to master diverse skills such as leadership, time management, etc. The best way to get the skill is to practice in work day by day. The more diligent people work, the more proficiency their skills improve. More importantly, hard working teaches people numerous meaningful lessons. During working, people understand deeply the value of the lessons about labor, human being and life, that not only shortens their successful way. Indeed, hard working is shortcut way to perfect humankind as well as pursuit success.

Last but not least, luck only brings opportunities, not success. It is clearly seen that on one’s life always has a lot of chances. A lazy guy let pass the good opportunity because he is unable to finalize his work. In turn, hard workers are likely to take advantage of life’s gift to get their achievements. More seriously, the men who assume that luck play important role in success are easy to surrender. Whenever encountering difficulties, they blame luck for their failure. Instead of trying much more, they are passive to wait luck bringing better opportunities for them. Without doubt, luck is nothing if people do not work laborious.

In summary, laborious working is always a golden key for people to obtain success. Job sacrifice and self improvement are the proper reasons for people to pursuit success. I strongly recommend that people should focus on their work instead of waiting a marvelous gift of life.
